Swing videos you upload
The core of the Service is the swing video you choose to import or record. When you start an analysis, that video is uploaded to our cloud analysis service so it can be processed. We also generate and store analysis results derived from it (such as detected swing positions and your SliceAI Score).
Account and usage information
We may collect limited information needed to operate the Service, such as basic app settings and preferences, your selections during onboarding (for example, handedness or club), and records of analyses you have run.
Device and diagnostic information
We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash or performance diagnostics to keep the Service reliable.
Purchases
If you make a purchase, it is processed by the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment card details; we may receive confirmation of your subscription status.
2. How Your Swing Videos Are Processed
SliceAI analysis runs in the cloud, not on your device. When you request an analysis, your video is uploaded securely to our analysis service, processed to detect the key swing positions and run fundamentals checks, and the results are returned to the app. The first analysis after a period of inactivity can take a couple of minutes while the model warms up.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide the core analysis features and return your SliceAI Score and breakdown;
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service and its accuracy;
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and keep the Service secure;
- To respond to your support requests;
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Processing
We use trusted third-party infrastructure and cloud providers to host the app's backend and perform the swing analysis. These providers process data on our behalf and are expected to protect it in line with this policy. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain swing videos and analysis results for as long as needed to provide the Service to you, and to the extent necessary for legitimate operational, legal, or security purposes. You can delete saved analyses from within the app. If you would like us to delete data associated with you, contact us at the address below and we will act on your request as required by applicable law.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect our rights and the safety of users, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or request portability.
